leiIN the 1990's, one of the biggest hits of the decade, 'Cool Ka Lang', was penned by this charming and talented girl named Lei Bautista of the band 'Prettier Than Pink'.

Soon after the success of 'Cool Ka Lang', Lei decided to migrate to the US.
She then re-formed 'Prettier Than Pink', with all new members, then released an album, and toured the US and Europe.

Now, after an eight-year absence in the Pinoy music scene, Lei will be making her comeback in the Philippines, however, this time, as a solo artist.

She was signed by Viva Records recently,  and she will be releasing her very first solo album soon.

Here's the exclusive interview with one of the most versatile singer/songwriters the Philippines ever produced.

The Ordinary Ordinary

I swear this wasn't planned.

Has it really been that long? Check out this video of Bleud from October 13th of last year. The significance? This is the debut of the song, 'Ordinary' at Teabag (now Five Points) in Chinatown, NY.  Notice anything different? It just seems like Jay has been a part of us for such a long time.. and to watch a video where he's not a part of the group is just.. surreal (for the lack of a better word).

Don't forget.

New single. Midnight. October 14th.

And this time, Jay is on the track. ;)

Thanks for the support everyone!

On September 29th, Qwadra opened for Kamikazee and Parokya ni Edgar at The Landmark Loew's Jersey Theater in Jersey City, N.J., during the heartwarmingly memorable Ordertaker Tour. In this video, the Queens, New York-based hard rock band opened with their powerful number "Potang", setting just the right mood to fire up the audience.
